Transportation
Fort National is accessible on foot only during low tide. Check the tide times before planning your visit. From Intra-Muros, walk towards the Plage de l'Éventail (Fan Beach). At low tide, a causeway will be revealed, allowing you to walk to the fort. Be sure to allow enough time to return before the tide comes back in!
